Project Engagements

Refund eligibility for project work is defined in the written agreement signed for that engagement, including any milestone and payment schedule.

General Principles

• Advance payments cover work already scheduled and resourced.
• Where work has been delivered and accepted, that portion is generally non-refundable.
• If we cannot deliver an agreed scope, we will discuss a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund or credit.

Email info@brainabode.com with your project reference and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
